Julian gets a new bump or bruise every other day it seems. Here he had just gotten over a huge goose egg he got at church. The night before he had hit his eyebrow on the edge of Evan's bed and then during the day his nose met the corner of the coffee table and cut his nose. The life of an active toddler.
